Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time

Orders are estimated to arrive within 8–14 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, you may contact us at tobywhinestein@gmail.com to request a 10% partial refund of your order.

To request a partial refund, please provide your order number and allow us to verify the shipping status of your order.

The 10% partial refund applies only to orders that exceed the stated 8–20 business day delivery window.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. You can use this information to follow the progress of your delivery.
